If you’re looking for fair and affordable finance, our team is here to help you. That’s the Moneywise way.
School uniforms are one of the biggest expenses for parents. Once your child begins to outgrow clothes quicker than ever before, the costs can become more frequent and unmanageable.
The Children’s Society found that, in 2020, school uniforms cost £315 per primary school child per year, and £337 per child at secondary school each year. Just for their school clothes!
What’s more, one in eight parents have been forced to cut back on essentials including food and clothing in order to be able to afford school uniforms. And nobody should have to do that.
With the current cost-of-living crisis, these statistics will only have worsened. We want to support parents who are struggling to afford these essentials in any and every way we can.
That’s why we’ve created a school uniform loan.
To be eligible you must:
- Be aged over 18
- Agree to Moneywise Credit Union rules
